Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy and his government who are trying to claim that the crisis is over can stop that immediately. The Spanish banks taking over of properties where the owners can not pay its interest and repayments are certainly not on the decline.

Confiscations of property in case of non payment deadlines are one step ahead of forced eviction. Although in some cases that the owner manages to negotiate an agreement with the bank, it is nonetheless an increase of forced evictions.

This means that more and more people is still end up on the street when they can not pay the monthly payments on mortgages. The greatest increase has been seized by primary residence with an increase of 13.5 percent.
